Individual Account Inquiries
To sign up for a new monthly parking account, or if you have a question about your current account, please contact the ParkSmartMPLS.com command center during normal business hours; Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., at 612-455-0702. Or you can visit the command center office located on the street level of the Centre Village building at 700 5th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN, 55402.

Group Parking or Special Event Inquiries
